OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:
Security Checks – Regular check-ups on property when vacant- Repairs – Interior and exterior repairs of all sizes carried out when necessary and on request
- Pool Maintainance – Cleaning, pH checks, filter replacements, etx
- Keyholding – Keys delivered to tourists on arrival OR tradesmen on request
- Collection & Return of Deposits – Collected on guests' arrival & returned on departure after full chek
- Laundry Service – Sheets & towels washed and changed weekly or in preparation for new guests
- Prep Work – Property cleaned, cupboards & toiletries replenished in preparation for arriving guests
- Airport Meet & Greet – Guests greeted on arrival at airport and transport to accomodation arranged
- Transport – As requested by guests without hired vehicles
- Advice & Entertainment – Advice on local restaurants, activities, shops, golfing, beaches, etc
- Gate Security – Trained dog and guard supplied on request to guard property gates and parameters
