Standard Management Package includes:
WEEKLY SECURITY & MAINTENANCE CHECK
A member of our staff will visit your property every week and carry out exterior and interior maintenance checks. We will look for any building or decorative defects, check for evidence of pests or vermin, test the property's electrical devices and give the
accommodation a thorough airing. Any problems that we identify will be reported to you and dealt with on your instruction.
KEYHOLDING
Your keys will always be in the safest possible hands! All keys are kept in a secure storage unit.
PROPERTY INVENTORY
Cardoza Property Services will compile a detailed inventory of your property. This inventory will be used throughout rental periods to ensure that guests do not remove or damage any items provided. The inventory can be easily updated or reviewed on the client's request.
SWEEPING OF PATIOS & PATHS
On a twice-monthly basis, we will sweep, hoover & mop all terraces of your property, guaranteeing that it is presentable and accessible at all times throughout the year.
MONTHLY REPORT
We will keep you up to date with your property through our 'Monthly Report'. At the end of every month, our team will send you a status summary of your property and inform you of any matters that we feel may need addressing in the near future.
In addition to our Standard Management Package, we are also able to provide our clients with the following extra services:
Tourist Welcome Packs – 10 Euros
If you rent your property to holiday makers, make them feel at home with our 'Welcome Pack'. This informative pack not only contains emergency contact numbers but it also list the best local restaurants, tourist attractions, beaches, activities and amenities.
Meet & Greet – 35 Euros
Let us provide a warm welcome for your guests. In our 'Meet & Greet' sessions, not only do we help your clients to familiarise themselves with their accommodation but we also handle the collection and return of their safety deposits. Should anything within the property be damaged by your guests during their stay, we will deduct an appropriate amount from this deposit.
Repairs to Interior & Exterior – prices depend on extent of work
Through regular interior and exterior inspections of your property, we will identify problems which need rectifying. Before proceeding with any repair work, we will contact you and provide you with a full report of the problem, as well as detailed quotes for the work at hand.
Cleaning – 18 Euros p/hour
Make sure that your rental property is 'spick & span' for your next guests. Our professional cleaners will clean the accommodation from top to bottom, ensuring that your clients are provided with an ideal first impression.
Laundry – 12 Euros per guest (price includes 1 x bed linen, 1 x towel, 1 x hand towel)
Clean & fresh sheets prepared before, during and after your guests' stay.
Stock-Ups – 20Euros + stock
The last thing that most people want to do when they are on vacation is go grocery shopping. On your request, we can stock cupboards with great local food & wine and provide soap, air-fresheners and toilet rolls in all bathrooms. In fact, the only thing left for your guests to do will be..... to relax!
Gardening – price on estimate
Keep your garden looking great! We will arrange lawn-mowing, hedge-cutting, watering, sweeping and general outdoor maintenence.
Pool Maintenence – prices vary depending on the extent of work required
Emergency Call-outs – 25 Euros p/call-out
Help is always at hand with our '24hour Emergency Call-Out Service'. Should you or your guests experience a security, maintenence or personal emergency, we will make our way to the property in the shortest possible time to provide help and assistance.
Airport Meet & Greet / Accompanied Departures – 60 Euros
Babysitting – 16 Euros p/hour (prices may vary depending on time of year & time of day required)
Available for families with children aged 3 years and over.
Guard Dog & Trained Security Guard – 25 Euros p/hour
Available on special request.
